Sumatra - Dark

Grown in the Gayo Highlands of Western Aceh, Sumatra, at 1,150–1,500 meters, this coffee comes from the Super Queen Ketiara Women’s Cooperative, a micro-lot standout. Kopepi (meaning "cooperative of coffee traders") Ketiara is a women-led cooperative in Sumatra Aceh Gayo with over 25 years of experience in coffee. Their core value is to support women and younger generations of coffee farmers. It delivers earthy, full-bodied tasting notes of dark fruit and earthy spices, processed through a wet-hulled method and hand-sorted for quality. Varietals include Catimor, Typica, Tim-Tim.
