We begin by breaking down each role into its fundamental skills. For example, if a job requires lifting or stocking items, we focus on strengthening that specific ability—starting with simple, targeted exercises and then transitioning to hands-on practice with real products. This step-by-step approach ensures each person gains the competencies they need for success at Melly's, at home and in their community.

Our Pathways program requires a commitment of 2 to 3 sessions per week.
It is best suited for candidates over 21 who can learn independently without needing one-on-one support at all times.
Candidates are not required to independently manage their own transportation, but we are available to support them with our Bus Buddy program when they are ready to try.
