Organic Peru - Medium

This Organic, Rainforest Alliance coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru is grown at 1,500–1800 meters in the El Gran Mirador area, a high-altitude micro-lot traceable to local producers. M’Coffee emerged in 2020, with the idea of creating a brand of coffee that supports Women producers and creates a sustainable income for their families. It offers vibrant tasting notes of sweet, juicy, dark chocolate, red berry, achieved through a fully washed process and sun-dried on patios. Varietals include Caturra, Catuai, Typica, Bourbon and Geisha.

This is a medium roast for filter and espresso!
