Organic Guatemala - Dark

Sourced from the Central Highlands of Guatemala near Lake Atitlán, this organic coffee comes from San Antonio, cultivated by a cooperative of 67 producers at elevations of 1,700–2,000 meters. Grown in the Sierra Madre mountain range amidst the San Pedro and Tolimán volcanoes, it boasts a Strictly Hard Bean classification. Expect a clean, pronounced cup with rich tasting notes of milk chocolate, honey, mandarin orange and nougat. They process the green beans by washed and sun-dried patio method. Varietals include Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuaí.
