Ethiopian - Light

From the Guji zone’s Shakiso area in Ethiopia, this coffee is cultivated at 2,000–2,200 meters near the Shoondhisa region, traceable to smallholder farmers. It bursts with natural-processed flavors of berry, stone fruit, and floral sweetness, sun-dried on raised beds and hand-sorted. Varietal: Heirloom Ethiopian (74110 & 74112).

Great for a filter roast who enjoys their coffee black!
